Refund policy
At '97 Golf Co., we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following return and exchange policy, which applies to all purchases made through our store.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Grip Packs: Grip packs must be returned in complete sets. For example, if a customer purchases a 13-pack of grips, all 13 unused grips must be returned together. Partial returns from multi-packs will not be accepted.
- Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Shipping Costs: '97 Golf Co. will offer free return shipping for customers.
Exchanges for Defective Items
- Customers who receive a defective grip may request an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Customers must contact '97 Golf Co. customer support to coordinate the return of the defective grip.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item, a replacement grip will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@97golf.co. Include your order number and details of your request. A member of our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through ‘97 Golf Co. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
